How to set it ?

How to set up the GeoPrez box ?

Prior to using GeoPrez, you need to setup the Geoprez Box  with your point of interest and content. This is done with 3 simple step :

Step 1: Create Your Content

To get started with GeoPrez, create captivating audio guides tailored to your target audience. You can either record your own audio content or work with professional voice actors and scriptwriters to create engaging, high-quality guides. Don't forget to include images and text descriptions to enhance the overall experience.

Step 2: Upload Content and Geolocate

Upload your audio content, images, and text descriptions to the GeoPrez platform. Assign geolocation coordinates to each audio guide, ensuring that the content is accurately linked to the corresponding physical location. You can do this for as many languages as you want.

Step 3: Sync Content with GeoPrez Device

Once you've uploaded and geolocated your content, sync it with the GeoPrez device. This allows the device to store the content and make it accessible even without an internet connection. Visitors will be able to connect to the GeoPrez device and access the content for each location they visit.

How to deploy and use GeoPrez ?

To use GeoPrez, there is no need to download an app, simply connect and enjoy :

Connect the box to supply

GeoPrez box require a supply of Type-C, 5V/4A (the same as a smartphone). You can plug it to a normal outlet (power adapter included) , or for more mobility, you can also use your own powerbank or any USB plug in vehicle (car, boat, train etc..)

Scan the QR

2 QR codes are provided, the first one is to connect the wifi GeoPrez, the second to Access the virtual guide, no need to download any app for the user to connect! Please note that each box can support a maximum of 120 users simultaneously.

Listen and enjoy the visit

When the user access the app, he will be prompted to select his language, and that is all, base on his location, the app will autoplay base on your content.

What about human guide ?

While can be fully independent, in some case you may want to continue to interact with your visitors, this is possible too.

Connect the Host account

With your Geoprez box, you get a special Host account. This account will give you access to the broadcast interface.

Select the language

GeoPrez gives you the ability to broadcast to all users or only those set with a specific language. Let say you speak english, you may not want to interrupt the people who listen in Japanese

Broadcast to your users

You can now speak to your users, once you are done, you can just click finished, and the app will resume based on the user location.
